Factors Improving Employee Turnover at CV.Cahaya Surya Abadi (CSA)
With the effect of globalization it has been touted that every company will have to manage their employee turnover wisely. To meet the basic necessities such as offering a safe environment, good pay and benefits in an economic way is very difficult and cumbersome to the company.
Naturally people want balance in their daily life, seek for new and challenging jobs and good working enviroment in job place.
The focus of this paper is an analysis of employee turnover at CV. Cahaya Surya Abadi (CSA), a new printing business company that has been operated since 2012. This study was done by using qualitative research. The result of this research shows that CSA has to be more careful in hiring the right people, setting are right compensation and benefits, paying attention to the employees, and having good awareness in the work environment, By doing this, CSA will be able to reduce the number of employee turnover.
