<note>In this case study, researcher will analyze the right business strategy recommendation for Dnastore.The objective of this study is to define all available and possibilities future industry overview, also to indentify implication and the right strategy for every scenario, and identify the best marketing strategy. This study is qualitative research uses observation and interviewing the owner of Dna store. The results of analysis show that few key factors can be applied in the future for the development of Dnastore. Dnastore has to develop from its current market targeting into new market targeting, Dnastore have several problems and oppportunities to be develop an its strategy diamond model (economics logic, arenas, vehicle, differentiation and staging) and 7P's marketing mix (products, place, promotion, and people)</note>
