Markeing Strategy Recommendation for From Our Friend Coffee Shop


This thesis explore the use marketing strategy of (From Our Friend) to increase customer brand awarness. The objective of this study is to make people aware about (From Our Friend) product and making customer loyalty. This a case study researchmethods by interviewing the owner of (From Our Friend). The finding of this research delivers more spesific key factor of the development strategies of (From Our Friend) that have to be applied in the future : (From Our Friend) should optimize the required physical evidence to improve awareness.
