Any group or individual that can affect or is affected by the achievement of the organization's objectives, called stakeholder are crucial to the growth of any organization. One of the stakeholders that affected to the company's health and wealth is investor. Therefore, in maintaining investors in this oil price crisis situation, Public Relations should be continuously obtaining good communication flow that supported by the financial performance of the company. Kangean Energy Indonesia Ltd. (KEI), is an oil and gas exploration and production that collaborate with several investors such as Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan Petroleum Exploration, and PT. Energi Mega Persada. Therefore, the focus of this research is about Public Relations Strategies in Maintaining Investor Relations during the Oil Price Crisis.

Where, the theory of this research is based on John Marston's theory of RACE, which consists of Research, Action, Communication and Evaluation. RACE is a public relations process in handling any situations in an organization.

This research is qualitative. While the data gathered through direct interview with the Public Relations of KEI and Investor Relations of Pertamina. Another data are collected through in-direct interview which is through e-mail with the investors of KEI.

The outcome of this research displayed that continuously maintain good communication flow with the investors and generalize clear strategies to maintain financial performance of the company are several ways to maintain investors during the oil price crisis.
