<note>Organizational climate is something that is real that is often felt by a group of people who are in an organization. And what is perceived can affect the behavior of someone who finally can get to determine the level of productivity of a job. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational communication climates to employee performance in Sekolah Islam Terpadu Citra Azzahra.

The theory of this research is based on Pacanowsky and O'Donnell-Trujillo's Organizational Culture Theory with the main assumption that organizational life is constituted by communication. This research uses a quantitative explanative approach, while the data were gathered by disseminating questionnaire to the employees of Sekolah Islam Terpadu Citra Azzahra in Jakarta.

The result of the research shown t-value of 7.569 and are higher that t-table (1.663), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, even though, based on the correlation table, the correlation of 0.641 is significant but not very strong relationship, these still means that the organizational communication climate does significantly affect the job performance.</note>
