<note>This research aims to analyze the impact of effective interpersonal communication from manager towards employee performance. The data used on this research is primary data obtained using questionnaire method. The total population and sample is 31 employees. The analysis technique that used on this research is regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The result shows that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication from manager towards employee performance is positive and significantly related. The effectiveness of interpersonal communication in Central Bank of Indonesia is in a high rank. And the most influencing variable is empathy. R Square variable on this research is 0.8421, means the 91% of the employee performance is explained by the variable of effective interpersonal communication, the rest 15.79% is explained by the variables outside this research.</note>
