<note>Employee's views towards the organization, called internal reputation are crucial to any organization as a result of they are the ones who know what is really going on behind closed doors. One means to maintain a positive internal reputation is through printed internal media contents. It is regarded as an important tool for organizations to deliver controlled messages and information towards their employees. PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) AeroAsia, a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia which focuses on maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircrafts, is a sizable organization which uses printed internal media contents in delivering messages towards their sheer number of employees. Therefore, the focus of this research is about the effect or printed internal media contents towards internal reputation in PT. GMF AeroAsia.

Where, the theory of this research is based on organizational information theory, which relates to how organizations make sense of information which is essential for their existence. In addition, the theory also extends to internal communication, printed internal media the medium of delivering messages, as well as internal reputation.

This research is a quantitative explanative. While the data were gathered by using questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. GMF AeroAsia, in their headquarters at Soekarno-Hatta Internal Airport area, Tangerang Banten.

The outcome of this research displayed there is an effect of printed internal media contents towards internal reputation in PT. GMF AeroAsia. Also equally important, the effect is categorized as a significant effect.</note>
