There are a lot of ways to introduce the company to the people, and advertising and promotion are become the options. Introduce and promote the company and what the service or the product to the society is a must, but introduce and promote the company and what they stand for to the potential employee is a challenge. Needs to remind that the company also need best talent in order to give best service or product to its market. One of the way to explain the company to its potential employee is through recruitment video. Traveloka, Indonesia-based traveling company use that method to increase the rate of their Corporate Image and hopefully can attract more talents to join with the company. In conducting this study, there is main theory as its base. Stimulus-Organism-Theory (SOR) is use to measure the response of the stimulus which in this case is the recruitment video, while Behaviorism Theory is use to know what kind of reason that the people can react to such a treatment. The research using quantitative approach and experimental method to measure what is the result of using recruitment video by comparing the data between experimental and control group. The data gathered from President University in major Informatics Engineering by using google form. The study found that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and control group in way to give the rate to the Corporate Image of Traveloka.
