This Case Study Paper explain the effect of strategic Pertnership into the financial and non-financial performance of Pertamina. This case study employs both primary and secondary data to gauge the impacts of strategic partnership into Pertamina. The primary data used in this research paper in an interview with the chairman of Pertamina, DR. Tanri Abeng. Meanwhile, the annual report of Pertamina and othersrelated report are sources for the secondary data. The result of analysis show that strategic partnership contributes moderately towards improving the performance of Pertamina.
