Effective Marketing Strategies In Expanding Monthly Active Users In Fatme Digital PVT. LTD


This Case Study aims to abserve, axamine, and generate effective marketing strategy to increase its monthly active users in FRame Digital Pvt.Ltd. Both primary and secondary data are in this case study. The research methods are quantitative and qualitative in nature. The primay data used is interview with #fame Indonesia's officer. Meanwhile, somerelevant live video streaming report are used as secondary data. Based on the analysis of the analysis of the current marketing situation og the subject firm, it is highly advise that #fame incorporate the following two recommendations into its current marketing efforts, those are ferining the target market and streamlining the marketing and promotional strategies with the needs of new markets. Finally, in applying the recommendations, this case study proposes ataged implementation plans, those are short-term, long-term, and human resources.
