Marketing Communication Strategy of Barista Kampus to Improve Competitive Advantage


This thesis observed and axplain Marketing Communication Dtrategy of Barusta Kampus to Improve Competitive Advantage. The purpose of this study is to reveal the current strategies which is applied by Barista Kampus, and to recommend the advantage strategy in communication and development to accelerate the competitive advantage. This study is qualitative research udes case study strategy and explorative study methods by interviewing the member of Brista Kampus. The finding of this research deliver more spesific key factors of the communication and development strategies of Barista Kampus that have to be communication and development strategies of Barista Kampus that have to be applied in the future : through optimizing the digital marketing strategy using SOSTAC Planning System, improving the management, optimizing physical evidence to improve brand awarness, being registered in product and service patent, building the network to get good relation with stakeholders.
