This case study discusses the design of continuous improvement implementation using supply chain process cycle at the Grutty company. The purpose of this study is to improve the performance and capabilities of grutty, especially in the field of supply chain management so that is meets the goods requirement. This case study research is qualitative study using the observation and interview methods to one of the director of the Grutty Company. The finding of this study are that Grutty has several problems in supplier chain process including the making decision process in determining the items to be ordered, lack of production supervision done by the craftsmen as the Grutty producers, and lack supervision done by the craftsmen as the Grutty producers, and lack of supervision in supplying the production raw materials to the craftsmen. A recomendation is suggested to the company which is implementing continuous improvements in the future by improving the supply chain management using the concpt of continuous improvement through PDCA cycle.
