As business model analysis is important to improve the current position of a company, this final projwct is determined to understand the risk and threats faced by Nyayur Company while developing their business quality. The research conducted inside the paper would aimed to study following things: deeply analyzing the internal factors, resolving which aspect that must be eliminated, finding out the factor that should be developed by Nyayur to maximize its income level and minimize the loss.
The purpose of this research is to give business model a recommendation to improve, as well as to innovate their current model in such a growing technological era. This research adopts qualitative research. Internal research is done by interviewing teh Founder of Nyayur, the Suppliers, the Customers, and teh Employees observed inside the company. The external research is conducted with literature study, online academic resources, and data provided by the company itself.
As the result of this study, the author is expecting Nyayur company to improve their bbusiness model and strategy by integrating Business Model Canvas and 7Ps Marketing Mix in order to improve their business development. Nyayur should also anticipate the risk and threat they're facing by using Porter's Five Forces and PESTLE analysis. Further explanation strategy recommendation for Nyayur compny are presented in chapter IV.
