PT. Indoexim International Furniture Business Strategy to Bulgaria


This final project observes and explain the key success factors of PT. Indoexim International and reveals the problrms either. The objective of this paper is to present and reveal the right strategies and improvements should be done. This study uses exploratory qualitative study, using primary data from interviewing Indonesia furniture firm and the Indonesian embassy staffs in Bulgaris and secondary data are taken from 2011 until 2015. The result of the analysis show that the company has several problems in maintain relationship with customers and group of woodcraftsman in Jepara, poor internet marketing, customer segmentation has not been clearly defined and Bulgarian has instability on political and economic issues. This study recommends the company to create IT department to develop company website, social media campaign and internet marketing, contract group of woodcraftsman as employee for certain period, define its market segemntation and keep explorting to Bulgaria.
