The focus of this syudy is an analysis of company operational performance at PT. AJN Solusindo, an ICT company that has a core competence and service transmission network telecommmunication. This study is done by using qualitative and quantitative means of research. The result of this research shows that PT. AJN Solusindo must increase its capability in operation management by applying operational standart at each tasks. By doing so, PT.AJN Solusindo will be able to increase their quality of service and wxpand its business.
