The Impact Towards Company's Employee-Satisfaction After Using Administration Service Only Case Study of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara
This case study observes and axplain The Impact of Administration Srvice Only (ASO) to the Company's Employees- Turnover, Case Study of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara (SMN). ASO become the strategies that were used by PT. SMN's management in order to make the company's employees-turnover rate decrease. The purpose of this study is to analyze how ASO can give the impact to the job satisfaction and turnover rate. This case study applies both primary and secondary data to gauge the impacts of ASO into PT. SMN. The primary data used in this research paper is an interview with HUman resources manager of PT. SMN, Mrs. Luthfia Shalihah. Meanwhile, the other related reports are sources of the secondary data. The result of analysis show that the ASO can decrease the turnover rate while implemented in the company but also can decrease the company's profitability.
