Improving Operation Management Processes At case Study Istana Jati Furniture
This final project explorea and explains the operation management of Istana Jati Furniture Company to solve internal problem inside company. The objective of this study is to present and reveal the current operation management that implemented by Istana Jati Furniture and to recommend the Strategy planning, scheduling, and controling. Thsi study is qualitative research and use exploratory approach and also primary data form interviewing with the representative of Istana jati Furniture and secondary data are taken from 2012 untul 2016. The finding of this research show several problems which are lack od above the pending delivery and less of idea and innovation. This study recommends some solution of Istana Jati Furniture should solve the problem about delivery pending, Istana Jati Furniture should optimize making a new fresh idea and innovation to keep customer with them.
