This case study observes and explain the effectiveness of Logistic Management of PT. ARABICA LOKAL CIWIDEY through out SCOR analysis, Basic Supply Chain Structure, and Basic Distribution Model. The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the Logistic Management of PT. ARABICA LOKAL CIWIDEY is good to conduct logistic activities in the company or not. This research employs both primary and secondary data including Participant Observation and Focus Group Discussion to deeply understand the situation in the company. Other than that, the primary data used in this research in interview with the manager and operational staff of PT. ARABICA LOKAL CIWIDEY, also the customer and farmer to know the situation base on several perceptions. Other related reports are sources of the secondary data. The result of analysis show that the Logistic Management in the company has a problem on not fulfilling target in the procurment step such as raw material sourcing which leads into unfulfilled contracts between the company and the customer.
