Customer Loyalti Towards Cosmetics Brand In Decorative And Skin Care Category
This study aims to determine the diffence between customer loyalty towards makeup (decorative) brands and skincare brands, the factors that influence the customers loyalty towards makeup brands and the factors that influence the customers loyalty toward skincare brands. The researcher using FGD and questionnaire methods to analyze customer loyalty towards skin care and decorative brands. It is found that customer loyalty towards skin care brands is significantly higher than customer loyalty towards decorative brands. Customers loyalty on makeup depends on its availability and halal status, while customer loyalty on skincare depends on its suitability on the customers skin and halal status.
